Free Shipping

CASVET offers free delivery on all orders, shipped via FedEx International (from Shenzhen, China) or USPS Priority (from Pasadena, CA), depending on stock availability. For in-stock items, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, plus 1–2 days for processing.

If you order a large number of products, it may result in multiple shipments and longer delivery times.

Signature Required

For security purposes, all CASVET deliveries require a signature. Please track your order and arrange for receipt. If you're unable to receive the package in person, we highly recommend that you manage your delivery through FedEx or USPS and arrange for an alternative date or location. You can also request for your package to be held at a nearby FedEx or USPS location for pickup. CASVET cannot be held responsible for any product loss after it’s been shipped. 

Custom Duties

If you order a large number of products, your order may be subject to customs duties, which are payable by the customer; we do not cover this cost. CASVET cannot be held responsible for any customs-related actions, duties, or delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

If you want to return your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please submit a return request to contact@casvet.co within the return window, and we will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

To receive a full refund, the product(s) must be returned undamaged and in its original condition. We'll evaluate the product(s) upon receipt and process your refund according to the condition of the product(s). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it’ll take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

CASVET cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the parcel.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size at no cost if the exchange request is made to contact@casvet.co within 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept exchange requests for different products. If you want to exchange for a different product, please return the unwanted piece within 14 days of delivery and order the desired product separately.

Processing Time

We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 14 business days once we receive the items. Please note that this does not include the shipping time of your returned package. We'll evaluate the returned product(s) before processing exchanges or refunds, which usually takes 2 business days. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Refunds

After the order is returned, CASVET will refund buyers within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that we may reduce the amount of the refund if we will not be able to resell the product at its original price. To receive a full refund, the product(s) must be returned in its original condition.

Quality Guarantee

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged product(s). We have strict quality control guidelines, and we package all orders with care. However, the product(s) can still be damaged during shipping. Please take photos of your damaged product(s) and send them to contact@casvet.co so that we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
